[摘要]
目的探讨神昌注射液氧化变色后有何产物生成和β-细辛醚、冰片在其中的氧化机制及异构体的转换情况。方法采用GC-MS对神昌注射液氧化变色前后的样品进行分析,及对β-细辛醚、冰片灭菌前后的成分进行比较。结果3批次神昌注射液氧化变色后,其中β-细辛醚部分氧化生成了0.88%~2.82%的细辛醛、0.24%~0.46%的细辛酮,冰片中的龙脑与异龙脑部分氧化生成了樟脑;经100℃灭菌30min后,β-细辛醚(顺式)异构体转换生成约1%~2%的α-细辛醚(反式),冰片中(7.85±7.27)%的异龙脑(顺式)异构化为龙脑(反式)。结论神昌注射液中的-细辛醚、冰片均参与了氧化反应,高温灭菌后也发生了异构体的转换。

[Abstract]
Objective To analyze what will create after oxidation in Shenehang Injection,the oxidated mechanism。and isomerous conversion of p-asarone and borneol in it.Methods To analyze the sampleof Shenchang Injection before and after oxidation by GC-MS and to compare the composition of pasaroneand borneol before and after sterilization.Results Some of B-asarone was oxidized and changed to asary-laldehyde(about 0.88%一2.82%of total composition)and saishinone(about 0.24%一O.46%of totalcomposition),some of the borneol and isoborneol was oxidized and changed to camphor when three sam一pies of Shenchang Injection are oxidized:some of p-asarone(cis一)change to a-asarone(trans一,about1%一2%),(7.85士7.27)%of the isoborneol(cis一)changed to borneol(trans一)when sterilized at 100℃ for 30 min.Conclusion 13-Asarone and borneol in Shenchang Injection are involved in the oxidated reac-tion and have isomerous conversion after high pressure sterilization.
