[摘要]
目的研究十齿花的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱及Sephadex LH-20等色谱技术分离纯化,根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定结构。结果从十齿花的乙醇提取物中共分离得到9个化合物,分别为正三十醇(Ⅰ)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅱ)、邻苯二酚(Ⅲ)、对苯二酚(Ⅳ)、松柏醛(Ⅴ)、香草酸(Ⅵ)、麦角甾醇过氧化物(Ⅶ)、β-谷甾醇-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖-3′-O-三十三烷酸酯(Ⅷ)、胡萝卜苷(Ⅸ)。结论9个化合物均为首次从该植物中分得,其中化合物Ⅷ为新化合物,命名为十齿花素。

[Abstract]
Objective To study the chemical constituents from上h'pentodon sinicus.Methods Isolation and purification were carried OUt on silica gel column and Sephadex LH一20。the structures were elucidatedon the basis of chemical evidences and spectral analysis.Results Nine compounds were isolated and theirstructures were identified as n一1-triacontanol(I),psitosterol(I),pyrocatechol(I),P-dihydroxylbenzene(Ⅳ),coniferyl aldehyde(V),vanillic acid(I/1),ergosterol peroxide(Ⅶ),/8-sitosterol一3一D.pD-glucosides一3'-O-tritriacontanate(Ⅶ),and daucosterol(Ⅸ).Conclusion All the nine compounds are isolated from the title plant for the first time,among them,compound VII is a new compound named asdipentosinin.
