目的研究飞机草的化学成分。方法对飞机草95%乙醇提取物的石油醚和氯仿部分进行色谱分离,根据光谱数据和理化性质确定各化合物的结构。结果分离得到10种已知成分,分别为飞机草素(Ⅰ)、五桠果素(dil-lenetin,Ⅱ)、柳穿鱼黄素(Ⅲ)、槲皮黄素-7,4′-二甲基醚(Ⅳ)、山柰酚-4′-甲基醚(Ⅴ)、异樱花素(Ⅵ)、金合欢素(Ⅶ)、三十二烷酸(Ⅷ)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅸ)、胡萝卜苷(Ⅹ)。结论化合物Ⅱ、Ⅲ和为首次从本植物中分离得到。

[Abstract]
Objective To investigate the chemical constituents of Eupatorium odoratum. Methods The constituents of the CHCl_3-soluble and petroleum ether-soluble portions in the 95% ethanol extract were isolated and purified by means of chromatography. Compounds were identifed by their physical characteristics and spectral features. Results Ten compounds were isolated and identified as odoratin (Ⅰ), dillenetin (Ⅱ), pectolinarigenin (Ⅲ), quercetin-7, 4′-dimethyl ether (Ⅳ), kaempferol 4′-methyl ether (Ⅴ), isosakuranetin (Ⅵ), acacetin (Ⅶ), dotriacontanic acid (Ⅷ), β-sitosterol (Ⅸ), daucossterol (Ⅹ). Conclusion Compounds Ⅱ, Ⅲ, and Ⅷ are isolated from this plant for the first time.
