[摘要]
目的研究密花远志Polygala tricornis的化学成分.方法采用反复柱色谱方法进行分离,利用化合物的光谱数据结合理化性质鉴定化合物的结构.结果分离并鉴定了8个化合物,分别为:豆甾-7,22-二烯(stigmasta-7,22-d iene,Ⅰ)、α-菠甾醇(α-spinasterol,Ⅱ)、α-菠甾醇-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(α-spinasteryl- 3-O-β-D-glucoside,Ⅲ)、α-菠甾醇-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷-6′-O-棕榈酸酯(α-spinasteryl-3-O-β-D-glucoside-6-′O-palmitate,Ⅳ)、1,7-二羟基酮(1,7-dihydroxy xanthone,Ⅴ)、1,3-二羟基酮(1,3-dihydroxy xanthone,Ⅵ)、1-甲氧基-2,3-亚甲二氧基酮(1-methoxy-2,3-methylenedioxy xanthone, Ⅶ)、1,7-二甲氧基酮(1,7-dimethoxy xanthone,Ⅷ).结论化合物Ⅰ~Ⅷ均为首次从该植物中分离得到.

[Abstract]
Objective To study the chemical constituents from roots of Polygala tricornis.MethodsCompounds were isolated by repeated silica gel chromatographies and their structures were determined by spectral analysis.ResultsEight compounds were isolated from the roots ofP.tricornisand their structures were identified as stigmasta-7,22-diene(I),α-spinasterol(Ⅱ),α-spinasteryl-3-O-β-D-glueoside(Ⅲ),α-spinasteryl-3-O-β-D-glucoside-6'-O-palmitate(Ⅳ),1,7-dihydroxy xanthone(V),1,3-dihydroxy xanthone(VI),1-methoxy-2, 3-methylenedioxy xanthone(Ⅶ),l,7-dimethoxy xanthone(Ⅷ).Conclusion Compounds I-Ⅷ are obtained from this plant for the first time.
