[摘要]
目的 对水飞蓟素固体脂质纳米粒的载药机制进行研究。方法 采用膜滤法和凝胶柱色谱法对不同方法制备的水飞蓟素固体脂质纳米粒的载药形式进行研究。结果 采用不同的制备方法以及不同分散溶剂均对纳米粒的载药形式有较大的影响,冷压 匀质法制备的纳米粒药物以包裹或吸附的形式存在,以无水乙醇为分散溶剂时,药物以包裹为主;热融 匀质法主要形成以脂质为核、药物吸附于表面的纳米粒。结论 不同制备方法对水飞蓟素固体脂质纳米粒的载药形式有显著性影响

[Abstract]
Object To study the drug-loaded mechanism of sol id lipid nanoparticles loading with silymarin (SM-SLN). Methods The separation technique of membrane-filtering and gel chromato- graphy was used to inspect drug-loaded mechanism of SM-SLN prepared by different methods. Results Different preparation and dispersion solvent have diffe rent drug-loaded types. Drug in nanoparticles by cold-homogenization existed i n two patterns: Encapsulation and adsorption, while nanoparticles prepared by me lt-homogenization mainly formed lipid core and drug was absorbed in surface. Conclusion Different preparation methods have distinct effect on drug-loaded types of SM-SLN.
