目的 研究了番荔枝科暗罗属植物景洪暗罗 Polyalthia cheliensis树叶的化学成分。方法 通过液 -液分配、大孔吸附树脂脱色、硅胶柱色谱和 RP- 18反相柱色谱分离,运用质谱、核磁共振氢谱、碳谱及二维碳氢相关谱。结果 从其树叶干粉 (6 kg)的 90 %乙醇提取物中分离鉴定了一个桉烷型倍半萜 :1α-乙酰氧基对映桧醇 (8m g)。结论 这是一个新化合物。

[Abstract]
Object The chemical components from the leaves of Polyalthia cheliensis Hu (Annonaceae) were studied. Methods Separation by means of liquid-liquid portions, decolorization in macroporous resin column process, and chromatography over silica gel and reversed-phase one (RP-18), characterization by spectroscopic Methods (MS, 1HNMR and 13 CNMR), especially 2DNMR. Results An ent-eudesmame-type sesquiterpene, 1α-acetoxyl ent-junenol (Ⅰ, 8 mg), was isolated and characterized in the 90% alcohol extraction from the dried leaves (6 kg) of P. cheliensis. Conclusion The 1α-acetoxyl ent-junenol (Ⅰ) is a new compound.
