目的 观察人参皂苷Rg2对内毒素所致弥漫性血管内凝血(DIC)引起大鼠心肌损伤的保护作用及血液流变学的影响。方法 大肠杆菌内毒素 0 .5 m g/kg iv,4h后人参皂苷 Rg22.5,5.0,10mg/kgiv,给药后1h,测定血液流变学指标 ,并取心肌用生化方法测定心肌肌酸激酶 (CK)、乳酸脱氢酶 (L DH)、丙二醛 (MDA)、游离脂肪酸(FFA) ,用放免法测定血清 Ang-。大肠杆菌内毒素8mg/kgiv,同时iv人参皂苷 Rg22.5,5.0,10mg/kg,观察小鼠24h内的死亡率。结果 人参皂苷Rg2可明显减少心肌 CK、LDH的外漏 ,降低 MDA和FFA含量 ,降低血清Ang- 含量 ,改善内毒素所致的血液流变学变化 ,并降低小鼠24h内死亡率。结论 人参皂苷 Rg2对内毒素性DIC引起的心肌损伤具有保护作用和改善血液流变学变化 ,能降低内毒素休克死亡率。

Object To observe the effects of ginseno side Rg2 on protecting my ocardium from damage induced by Escher ichiacoli endotox in (ET) resulting in diffuse intravascular coagulation (DIC) and hemorrheo logy in rats. Methods The rats were iv 0.5mg / kg ET ,after 4h followed 2.5, 5.0, 10mg / kg ginseno side Rg2, and then 1h later hemorrheology was tested, angiotensin Ⅱ in serum was measured by RIA method and CK, LDH, MDA, FFA of rat my ocardium were measured by biochemical methods. The mortality was observed within 24h after ET 8mg /kg and ginsenoside Rg22.5,5.0,10 mg/kg were injected (iv) in mice, respectively. Results Ginsenoside Rg2 decreased obviously activities of CK and LDH, as well as contents of MDA and FFA in the myocardium, declined Ang-Ⅱ level of serum in rats, and could adjust the abnormal hemor rheology induced by ET, and decreased the mortality of endotoxic shock within 24 h. Conclusion Ginsenoside Rg2 has the protective effect of myocardial damage induced by DIC and improves the hemorrheologic change. It could decrease the mortality of ET shock.
