以枳壳PoncirustrifoliataRaf.实生苗上胚轴为材料进行离体培养,BA1mg/L时,出芽率最高(86.0%),BA浓度升高,出芽率随之下降;苗龄为20d的实生苗,其外植体易于出芽;实生苗培养中照光与否对出芽无太大影响;外植体取材部位,以实生苗的中部及下部较好,出芽率可达95%以上。

Epicotyls from sterile seedling of Poncirus trifoliata (L.)Raf. were cultured in vitro. Results indicated that BA at a concentration of 1 mg/L gave the highest shoot formation frequency (86.0%)·As BA concentration increased,the ability of shoot formation decreased. The capacity of shoot regeneration was also related to the age of sterile seedling, the explants from 20 days sterile seedling were optimal. There was no significant difference on shoot formation of the explants from sterile seedling that was cultured under light or in dark. When epicotyls from different part of sterile seedling were cultured, the highest shoot induction frequency (over 95%)was obtained from the explants excised from middle and basal end, and the shoot induction frequency of the apical end explants decreased markedly.
