用Rp-HPLC对病毒霉在白花曼陀罗花和叶中的消解动态进行了研究。其色谱柱为ODS-C18柱,流动相为MeOH-H2O(6:4,V/V),检测波长为264nm;瑞毒霉的最小检出量为2.56×10-9g。样品用硅胶小柱纯化。对白花曼陀罗花和叶的瑞毒霉添加回收率为73.56%~75.56%,RSD为0.48%~3.27%。瑞毒霉在白花曼陀罗叶和花中的消解方程和半衰期分别为C=64.4131e-0.2119t,C=194.31663e-0.4743t和3.27d,1.46d。

Dispelled dynamics of metalaxyl in both leaves and flowers of Datura metel L. were studied by Rp HPLC. ODS-C18 was used as the column with MeOH-H2O(6:4)as the mobile phase at a detection wavelength of 264nm. The limit of detection of metalaxyl was 2. 56 ×10-9g,while the samples were purified through a small silica gel column. The added recovery rates of metalaxyl in these samples were 73. 56 % ~ 75. 56 %. RSD was 0. 48% ~3. 27 %. The dispelled equation and the half-life time of metalaxyl in leaves and flowers were C =64. 4131e-0.2119t, 3. 27 days and C = 194. 3163e-0.4743t, 1.46 days respectively.
