[摘要]
从黄花乌头Aconitum coreannm(Lev1.)Rapaics中分得12个化合物(其中地下部分10个,地上部分2个),经理化常数及波谱分析,分别鉴定为(地下部分):β-stiosterol(Ⅰ),daucosterol(Ⅱ),关附甲素(Ⅲ),关附庚素(Ⅳ),condelphine(Ⅴ),关附壬素(Ⅵ),betisinone(Ⅶ),isoatisinum chloride(Ⅷ),atisinum chloride(Ⅸ),关附Z素(Ⅹ)及地上部分:关附甲素(Ⅺ)和关附辛素(Ⅻ),除地上部分2个化合物外,地下部分分得的化合物(Ⅱ)、(Ⅴ)、(Ⅶ)、(Ⅷ)等4个成分均为首次从该植物中分得。经药理筛选,上述二萜生物碱类化合物大都具有不同程度的抗心律失常作用。

The compounds were isolated from Aoonitum coreanum (Lev1.) Rapaics and identificd by TLC, IR, MS and NMR, as β-sitosterol (Ⅰ), daucosterol (Ⅱ), Guan-Fu base A (Ⅲ),GuanFu bas. G (Ⅳ), condelphine (Ⅴ), Guan-Fu base Ⅰ (Ⅵ), hetisinone (Ⅶ), isoatisinum chloride (Ⅷ), atisinum chloride (Ⅸ), and Guan-Fu base z (Ⅹ) from the root. Compounds Ⅲ and Ⅸ were also found in the aerial parts of the plant. compounds Ⅱ, Ⅴ, Ⅶ and Ⅷ were obtained for the first time from this plant. Most of them exhibited antiarrhythmic activlty.
