将紫外二阶导教光谱法用于复方药物分析，取导数光谱特征，分别以振幅D及△A作为定量信息，用2种方法测定了中药复方制剂中合成鱼腥草素的含量，消除了样品基质的干扰，所得结果一致，标准曲线的相关系数分别为0．9994与0．9996，平均回收率分别为98．10%与96．31%。
