从马鹿茸(Cervuselaphus的幼角)的乙醇提取物中首次分得16个化合物。经理化常数和光谱分析, 鉴定为:胆固醇肉豆蔻酸酯(Ⅰ)、胆固醇油酸酯(Ⅱ)、胆固醇软脂酸酯(Ⅲ)、胆固醇硬脂酸酯(Ⅳ)、胆固醇(Ⅴ)、胆甾-5-烯-3β-醇-7-酮(Ⅵ)、胆甾-5-烯-3β, 7α-二醇(Ⅶ)、胆甾-5-稀-3β, 7β-二醇(Ⅷ)、尿嘧啶(Ⅸ)、次黄嘌呤(Ⅹ)、肌酐(Ⅺ)、烟酸(Ⅶ)、脲(Ⅷ)、对羟基苯甲醛(ⅩⅣ)、对羟基苯甲酸(ⅩⅤ)和尿苷(ⅩⅥ)。

[Abstract]
Sixteen compounds have been isolated from ethanol extract of the pilose antler of Cervuselaphus Linnaeus. On the basis of chemical evidence and spectral data, they were identifiedas cholesteryl myristate (Ⅰ), cholesteryl oleate (Ⅱ), cholestcryl palmitate (Ⅲ), choleste-ryl stearate (Ⅳ), cholesterol (Ⅴ), cholest- 5-en-3β-ol-7-one (Ⅵ), cholest-5-en-3β, 7α-diol(Ⅶ), cholest-5-en-3β, 7β-diol (Ⅷ), uracil (Ⅸ), hypoxanthine (Ⅹ), creatinine (Ⅺ), nic-otinic acid (Ⅻ), urea (Ⅷ), p-hydroxybenzaldehyde (ⅩⅣ), p-hydroxybenzoic acid (ⅩⅤ) andurid ine (Ⅶ).
