Chinese Herbal Medicines (CHM, CN 12-1410/R）is the first journal in the Chinese materia medica field published in English. The first issue is distributed in October, 2009. CHM is indexed in six international databases since the foundation. In 2012, it is supported by Tianjin Association of Science and Technology. On Sep. 27, 2013, Institute of Science and Technical information of China announced that Chinese Herbal Medicines was newly selected as one of the Source Journals for Chinese Scientific and Technical Papers and Citations.
