青蒿素是从药用植物黄花蒿Artemisia annua中分离的一种倍半萜内酯,广泛应用于疟疾治疗,野生资源含量较低。为缓解持续增加的需求,尝试提高青蒿素含量或产量的研究成为热点课题。转录因子具有调节代谢途径中一个或多个基因表达的作用,据报道,已有多个转录因子家族参与调节青蒿素的生物合成和积累,干预转录因子表达是提高青蒿素含量或产量的重要手段。从转录因子调控黄花蒿腺毛形成与发育和转录因子调控青蒿素生物合成2个方面综述青蒿素的生物合成机制,以期为青蒿素代谢的转录调控研究提供参考。

Artemisinin is an unusual novel endoperoxide sesquiterpene lactone isolated from medicinal plantArtemisia annua,has been widely used to treat falciparum malaria.Due to increasing international demand and low content in wildA.annua plants,trying to enhance the content or yield of artemisinin become a hotspot.Transcription factors play important roles in regulating a series of genes in the metabolic pathway,and several families of transcription factors have been reported to participate in regulating the biosynthesis and accumulation of artemisinin,and the intervention of transcription factor by genetic engineering is an important method in enhancing the content or yield of artemisinin.Therefore,biosynthesis mechanism of artemisinin from regulating the initiation and development of glandular trichomes and regulating the biosynthesis of artemisinin by transcription factors were reviewed in this paper,in order to provide reference for the transcriptional regulation of artemisinin metabolism.
