[摘要]
目的 研究桑科波罗蜜属植物波罗蜜Artocarpus heterophyllus果实中的化学成分。方法 综合运用硅胶柱色谱、ODS柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱以及制备型高效液相色谱等方法进行系统分离,根据化合物的理化性质及其波谱数据鉴定化合物的化学结构。结果 从波罗蜜果实的90%乙醇提取物中分离得到了17个化合物,分别鉴定为broussonol E(1)、broussoflavonol F(2)、uralenol(3)、5,7,4'-trihydroxy-3'-(3-methyl but-2-enyl)-3-methoxy flavone(4)、8,2'-diprenylquercetin-3-methylether(5)、8-prenylkaempferol(6)、6-异戊烯基柚皮素(7)、licoflavanone(8)、sigmoidin B(9)、4',5,7-三羟基-8-异戊烯基黄酮(10)、5,3'-二羟基-7,4'-二甲氧基黄酮(11)、3,5,4'-三羟基-7,3'-二甲氧基黄酮(12)、5,3',5'-三羟基-7,4'-二甲氧基黄酮(13)、5,7,3',4'-四甲氧基黄酮(14)、5-羟基-6,7,8,3',4'-五甲氧基黄酮(15)、5-羟基-7,4'-二甲氧基二氢黄酮(16)和5-羟基-7,3',4'-三甲氧基二氢黄酮(17)。结论 所有化合物均为首次从波罗蜜属植物中分离得到。

[Abstract]
Objective To investigate the chemical constituents from the fruits of Artocarpus heterophyllus. Methods The chemical constituents of A. heterophyllus were isolated and purified by means of silica gel, ODS, Sephadex LH-20 gel column chromatographies together with preparative HPLC. Their structures were identified on the basis of physicochemical properties, spectroscopic analysis, as well as comparisons with the data reported in literature. Results Seventeen compounds were isolated from the 85% ethanol extract of the fruits of A. heterophyllus, which were identified as broussonol E (1), broussoflavonol F (2), uralenol (3), 5,7,4'-trihydroxy-3'-(3-methylbut-2-enyl)-3-methoxy flavone (4), 8,2'-diprenylquercetin-3-methylether (5), 8-prenylkaempferol (6), 6-prenylnaringenin (7), licoflavanone (8), sigmoidin B (9), 4',5,7-trihydroxy-8-prenylflavone (10), 5,3'-dihydroxy-7,4'-dimethoxyflavone (11), 3,5,4'-trihydroxy-7,3'-dimethoxyflavone (12), 5,3',5'-trihydroxy-7,4'-dimethoxyflavone (13), 5,7,3',4'-tetramethoxyflavone (14), 5-hydroxy-6,7,8,3',4'-pentamethoxy flavone (15), 5-hydroxy-7,4'-dimethoxyflavone (16), and 5-hydroxyl-7,3',4'-trimethoxydihydroflavone (17). Conclusion All compounds were isolated from the genus Artocarpus for the first time.
