[摘要]
目的 研究白桦Betula platyphylla树皮的化学成分。方法 采用硅胶柱色谱及HPLC等色谱技术进行分离纯化,通过理化性质与波谱数据分析鉴定结构。结果 从白桦树皮的醋酸乙酯萃取物中分离得到10个化合物,分别鉴定为(17α,20R)-20,29-二羟基-28-降羽扇豆-3,7,16-三酮(1)、12β,20β-二羟基-达玛烷-24-烯-3-酮(2)、5-甲氧基-1,7-双(4',4''-羟基苯基)-庚烷-3-酮(3)、(2S)-4-对羟基苯基-2-丁醇(4)、对羟基苯丙醇(5)、对羟基苯乙醇(6)、反式肉桂酸(7)、儿茶素(8)、3,5-二羟基-1,7-双(4',4''-羟基苯基)-庚烷(9)、胡萝卜苷(10)。结论 化合物1 为未见报道的新化合物,命名为白桦素B,化合物3、5、7、9 为首次从该植物中分离得到。

[Abstract]
Objective To study the chemical constituents from the barks of Betula platyphylla. Methods The chemical constituents were isolated by silica gel column chromatography and HPLC, and its structure were identified by their spectral data and physicochemical properties analysis. Results Ten compounds were isolated from B. platyphylla, which were identified as (17α,20R)-20,29-dihydroxy-28-norlupane-3,7,16-trione (1), 12β,20β-dihydroxy-dammar-24-ene-3-one (2), 5-methoxy-1,7-bis (4',4''-dihydroxyphenyl)-hept-3-one (3), (2S)-4-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-2-butanol (4), p-hydroxyl-phenylpropanol (5), p-hydroxyl-phenethyl alcohol (6), trans-cinnamic acid (7), catechin (8), 3,5-dihydroxy-1,7-bis (4', 4''-dihydroxyphenyl)-heptane (9), and daucosterol (10). Conclusion Compound 1 is a new compound, named betulin B. Compounds 3, 5, 7, 9 are isolated from B. platyphylla for the first time.
