[摘要]
目的 首次对岩生石仙桃Pholidota rupestris全草的化学成分进行研究。方法 采用柱色谱方法对岩生石仙桃80%乙醇提取物的醋酸乙酯部位进行分离纯化,利用波谱技术对分离得到的化合物进行结构鉴定。结果 从岩生石仙桃醋酸乙酯部位中分离得到13个化合物,分别鉴定为confusarin(1)、7-羟基-2-甲氧基-9,10-二氢菲-1,4-二酮(2)、2,7-二羟基-4-甲氧基-9,10-二氢菲(3)、4,7-二羟基-2-甲氧基-9,10-二氢菲(4)、山药素Ⅲ(5)、石斛酚(6)、3,3'-二羟基-5-甲氧基二苯乙烯(7)、环石仙桃萜酮(8)、环石仙桃萜醇(9)、丁香脂素(10)、β-谷甾醇(11)、豆甾-5-烯-3β,7α-二醇(12)、5α,8α-epidioxy-(22E,24R)-ergosta-6,22-dien-3β-ol (13)。结论 化合物1~13均首次从该植物中分离得到,其中,化合物1、2和12为首次从石仙桃属植物中分离得到。

[Abstract]
Objective To investigate the chemical constituents from Pholidota rupestris. Methods The chemical constituents from the EtOAc soluble fraction of P. rupestris were studied and 13 compounds were isolated by the method of silica gel column chromatography. The structures of these compounds were elucidated by spectral analyses and chemical properties. Results Thirteen compounds were isolated and identified as confusarin (1), ochrone A (2), coelonin (3), lusianthridin (4), batatanin Ⅲ (5), gigantol (6), thunalbene (7), cyclopholidone (8), cyclopholidonol (9), syringaresinol (10), β-sitosterol (11), stigamast-5-ene-3β,7α-diol (12), and 5α,8α-epidioxy-(22E,24R)-ergosta-6,22-dien-3β-ol (13). Conclusion All compounds are isolated from this plant for the first time. Compounds 1, 2, and 12 have not been recorded in the genus Pholidota.
