[摘要]
目的 研究湘产特色药材土牛膝Achyranthes aspera化学成分。方法 采用硅胶、反相硅胶柱色谱与溶剂重结晶等方法分离纯化,采用波谱方法进行单体结构鉴定。结果 从土牛膝醋酸乙酯提取物中得到9个单体化合物,分别鉴定为5,2'-二甲氧基-6-甲氧甲基-7-羟基-异黄酮(1)、齐墩果酸(2)、竹节参皂苷-1(3)、党参内酯(4)、3-吲哚甲醛(5)、3-吲哚甲酸(6)、4-(2-甲酰基-5-甲氧基甲基-1-氢-吡咯-1-基)丁酸(7)、3-羟基-1-(4-羟基-3,5-二甲氧基苯基)-1-丙酮(8)、2-(2-苯氧乙氧基)乙醇(9)。结论 化合物1 为1个新化合物,命名为土牛膝酮A;化合物4~9 均为首次从该植物中分得。

[Abstract]
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Achyranthes aspera. Methods The constituents were separated and purified by silica gel, ODS column chromatography, and recrystallization, and their structures were identified on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectral data. Results Nine compounds were isolated and identified as 5,2'-dimethoxy-6-(methoxymethyl)-7-hydroxy-isoflavonol (1), oleanolic acid (2), oleanolic acid 28-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester (3), codonolactone (4), 3-formylindole (5), indole-3-carboxylic acid (6), 4-[2-formyl-5-(methoxymethyl)-1H-pyrrol-1-yl] butanoic acid (7), 3-hydroxy-1-(4-hydroxy-3,5-dimethoxy-phenyl)-1-propanone (8), and 2-(2-phenoxyethoxy)-ethanol (9). Conclusion Compound 1 is a new compound named as achyranthesketone A, and compounds 4-9 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
