目的研究感冒退热泡腾片干法制粒的工艺条件。方法考察压轮压力、压轮转速和浸膏粉含水量对颗粒得率和颗粒脆碎度的影响。结果压轮压力、压轮转速和浸膏粉含水量对颗粒得率和颗粒脆碎度有显著性影响。结论感冒退热泡腾片干法制粒工艺的研究为感冒退热泡腾片研究与生产提供技术参考。

Objective To optimize the best preparation condition of Ganmao Tuire effervescent tablets by dry granulation.Methods The influence of roller pressure,roller speed,and water content of extract powder on yield and friability of particle diameter was investigated.Results The roller pressure,roller speed,and water content of extract powder had a significant influence on yield and friability of particles. Conclusion The preparation investigation of Ganmao Tuire effervescent tablets provides the reference technology to study and production for Ganmao Tuire effervescent tablets.
