目的 探索葛根类药材质量评价的方法。方法 应用逐步回归分析及 Bayers判别分析法对来自全国不同产地的葛根及同属的其它植物进行了模式识别研究。结果 由异黄酮类成分和多糖含量 6因素以及多糖含量单因素结合药理抗内毒素活性建立的 Bayers判别函数方程,判别正确率分别达到 94.12 %和 88.2 4%。结论 本研究为葛根类药材品质评价又提供了一个新的依据

Object To explore methods for the quality evaluation of plants of Pueraria DC. (Leguminosae) for medic al use. Methods Patern recognition of the root of Pueraria DC. and other species of the same genus from different localit ies in China were carried out by stepwise regression and discriminant ana-lys is. Results A Bayer discriminant functinal equation was established by 6 factors of isoflavone and polyose constituents and another single factor of polyose in combination with pharmacological anti-endotoxin activity. The disc ri minant validities were found to be 94.12% and 88.24%, respectively. Conclusion This study provided further a scientific basis for evaluation of the quality of the medicinal plant Pueraria DC.
