随着天然药物化学不断地发展，植物中具有良好活性的天然产物逐渐受到广泛关注。川陈皮素是一种天然的多甲氧基黄酮类成分，主要存在于芸香科柑橘属植物中，具有抗炎、抗氧化、抗凋亡等生物活性。近年来，神经系统疾病发生率逐年增高，川陈皮素在阿尔茨海默病、缺血性脑卒中、神经毒性、多发性硬化、抑郁症等神经系统疾病中具有潜在的治疗作用。通过查阅文献，总结近年来国内外川陈皮素的研究，对川陈皮素治疗神经系统疾病的作用机制及其药动学研究进行归纳总结，为临床用药与新药研发提供理论参考依据。

With the continuous development of natural medicinal chemistry, natural products with promising bioactivities derived from plants have garnered increasing attention. Nobiletin, a naturally occurring polymethoxy flavonoid primarily found in Citrus plants of the Rutaceae family, exhibits various biological activities such as anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and anti-apoptotic effects. In recent years, the incidence of neurological disorders has been rising, and nobiletin has shown potential therapeutic effects in neurological disorders including Alzheimer’s disease, ischemic stroke, neurotoxicity, multiple sclerosis, and depression. By reviewing relevant literature, summarizing recent domestic and international research on nobiletin, outlining its mechanisms of action in the treatment of neurological diseases and its pharmacokinetic properties, aiming to provide a theoretical foundation for clinical application and new drug development.
