[摘要]
目的 研究黔产紫花香薷Elsholtzia argyi的化学成分。方法 将紫花香薷95%乙醇提取物通过硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、MERCK RP-C18柱色谱以及HPLC等多种方法进行提取分离化学成分,并采用核磁共振波谱、质谱等方法,对分离到单体化合物的结构进行鉴定。结果 从紫花香薷中分离得到20个化合物,分别鉴定为(1'S,2'S)-2',4-二异丙基-5',6-二甲基-1',2',3',4'-四氢-[1,1'-联苯]-3-醇(1)、(1'R,3'S,4'S)-3'-异丙基-1'-(2-异丙基-5-甲基苯氧基)-6'-甲基环己-5'-烯-4'-醇(2)、norlibocedroquinone(3)、4,4'-二羟基-5,5'-二异丙基-2,2'-二甲基-1,1'-联苯(4)、百里香酚(5)、5-甲基-2-异丙基苯基- β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(6)、7-甲氧基-2,5-二羟基黄酮(7)、杨芽黄素(8)、5-羟基-6,7-二甲氧基黄酮(9)、乔松素(10)、5-羟基-7,8-二甲氧基黄酮(11)、7,4'-二甲基柚皮素(12)、小麦黄素(13)、白杨素(14)、14-去氧-11,12-去氢穿心莲内酯(15)、穿心莲内酯(16)、(+)-松脂酚(17)、(+)-丁香脂素(18)、紫苏素(19)、edensaoside A(20)。结论 化合物1、2为新化合物,分别命名为紫花香薷单萜二聚体A(elsarchinterpene A)和紫花香薷单萜二聚体B(elsarchinterpene B),且化合物3为新天然产物。所有化合物均为首次从黔产紫花香薷中分离得到,进一步丰富了香薷属植物的化学成分数据库。

[Abstract]
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Zihuaxiangru (Elsholtzia argyi). Methods The chemical constituents were extracted and isolated from the 95% ethanol extract of E. argyi through chromatographic techniques including silica gel, Sephadex LH-20, MERCK RP-C18 column chromatography, and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The structures of compounds were elucidated using nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy and mass spectrometry (MS). Results A total of 20 compounds were isolated from E. argyi and identified as (1'S,2'S)-2′,4-diisopropyl-5′,6-dimethyl-1′,2′,3′,4′-tetrahydro-[1,1′-biphenyl]-3-ol (1), (1′R,3′S,4′S)-3′-isopropyl-1′-(2-isopropyl-5-methylphenoxy)-6′-methylcyclohex-5′-en-4′-ol (2), norlibocedroquinone (3), 4,4'-dihydroxy-5,5'-diisopropyl-2,2'-dimethyl-1,1'-biphenyl (4), thymol (5), 5-methyl-2-(1-methylethyl) phenyl-β-D-glucopyranoside (6), 2,5-dihydroxy-7-methoxyflavanone (7), tectochry-sin (8), 5-hydroxy-6,7-dimethoxyflacone (9), pinostrobin (10), 5-hydroxy-7,8-dimethoxyflacone (11), 7,4′-dimethylnaringenin (12), tricin (13), chrysin (14), 14-deoxy-11,12-dide-hydroandrographolide (15), andrographolide (16), (+)-pinoresinol (17), (+)-1-hydroxysyringaresinol triacetate (18), perilloxin (19), edensaoside A (20). Conclusion Compounds 1 and 2 are previously undescribed, designated as elsarchinterpene A and elsarchinterpene B. Additionally, compound 3 represents a novel natural product. All compounds were isolated from E. argyi for the first time, which further enriches the chemical constituent database of Elsholtzia.
