二十五味珍珠丸是一种专治脑血管和神经系统疾病的传统复方。研究表明，该方对缺血性脑卒中及其后遗症及冠心病具有一定疗效，且可通过减轻脑缺血损伤、调节脂质代谢和改善微血管功能等方式发挥神经血管保护作用。综述了二十五味珍珠丸在化学成分、药理作用和临床应用方面的研究现状。此外，基于质量标志物（quality marker，Q-Marker）五原则理论，对该复方的潜在Q-Marker进行预测和分析。结果表明鞣花酸、诃子酸、胡椒碱、藏花酸、没食子酸、羟基红花黄色素A、西红花苷I、西红花苷II等16种成分可列为A级候选Q-Marker。进一步结合网络药理学交叉验证，木香烃内酯、胡椒碱、丁香酚、去氢木香烃内酯及鞣花酸在网络拓扑中表现突出，建议优先作为核心Q-Marker，可为建立和优化二十五味珍珠丸现代质量评价体系提供理论参考和科学依据。

Twenty-Five Flavors Pearl Pill (二十五味珍珠丸, TFPP) is a traditional prescription specifically indicated for cerebrovascular and neurological diseases. Studies have demonstrated its therapeutic efficacy in ischemic stroke, its sequelae, and coronary heart disease, exerting neurovascular protective effects through multiple pathways, including the attenuation of cerebral ischemic injury, regulation of lipid metabolism, and improvement of microvascular function. This paper reviews the current research on the chemical constituents, pharmacological actions, and clinical applications of TFPP. Furthermore, based on the five principles theory of quality marker (Q-Marker), a prediction and analysis of the potential Q-Markers of this formula were conducted. The results indicate that 16 components—such as ellagic acid, chebulic acid, piperine, crocetin, gallic acid, hydroxysafflor yellow A, crocin I, and crocin II—can be classified as grade A candidate Q-Marker. Integrated with network pharmacology cross-validation, costunolide, piperine, eugenol, dehydrocostus lactone, and ellagic acid exhibit prominent topological roles in the network and are recommended as prioritized core Q-Marker. This study provides a theoretical reference and scientific basis for establishing and optimizing a modernized quality evaluation system for TFPP.
