在全球生物医药创新加速与中国医药产业向创新驱动转型的背景下，江西省依托深厚的中医药底蕴和“一城一都多园”的产业基础，迎来发展机遇，但也面临生物药与抗体药物等新兴领域规模偏小、高端要素集聚不足、成果转化效率不高等突出问题。运用文献研究、案例分析与比较研究等方法，系统评估了江西省创新药产业的发展现状与核心短板，进而提出“中药现代化为根基，生物药与抗体药物错位协同”的差异化发展路径。建议江西应重点推动中药全产业链数智升级与标准化，培育百亿级大品种，聚焦细胞治疗、抗体-药物偶联物等赛道实施梯度布局，并通过构建“人才-资本-平台-政策”协同的创新生态，强化临床转化与金融支撑，实现从“医药大省”到“医药强省”的跨越。

Against the backdrop of accelerated innovation in the global biomedical sector and China’s transition toward innovation-driven development in the pharmaceutical industry, Jiangxi province—with its profound traditional Chinese medicine heritage and industrial foundation characterized by “one city, one capital, and multiple parks”—faces both opportunities and challenges. Prominent issues include the relatively small scale of emerging fields such as biologics and antibody drugs, insufficient clustering of high-end innovation factors, and low efficiency in translating research outcomes into applications. To study these challenges, this study employs methods such as literature review, case analysis, and comparative research to systematically assess the current status and core weaknesses of Jiangxi’s innovative drug industry. It further proposes a differentiated development pathway centered on “modernizing traditional Chinese medicine as the foundation while promoting differentiated and coordinated development of biologics and antibody drugs.” The study recommends that Jiangxi should focus on advancing the digital and intelligent transformation and standardization of the entire TCM industry chain, cultivate blockbuster pharmaceutical products with a market scale of RMB 10 billion, implement a gradient layout in key areas such as cell therapy and antibody-drug conjugate drugs, and build a synergistic innovation ecosystem integrating “talent, capital, platforms, and policies,” with strengthened clinical translation and financial support. These measures will enable the transition from a “major pharmaceutical province” to a “strong pharmaceutical province.”
