速效救心丸系收载于《中国药典》的首个纯中药滴丸制剂，以川芎Chuanxiong Rhizoma、冰片（合成龙脑）Borneolum Syntheticum为核心配伍，临床主要用于气滞血瘀型冠心病、心绞痛的治疗，具有疗效确切、起效迅速的突出优势。在冠心病治疗注重辨证论治与个体化用药的背景下，胸痹急症对临床速效药物的需求日益显著。通过系统梳理国内外相关文献，围绕“速效”起效的关键环节及“救心”的作用机制，从物质基础、剂型优势、药动学特征及分子生物学机制多角度出发，挖掘“速效救心”的科学内涵，为其临床精准应用及后续深度机制研究提供新思路与理论参考。

Suxiao Jiuxin Pill (速效救心丸, SJP) is the first pure traditional Chinese medicine dripping pill officially recorded in the Pharmacopoeia of the People’s Republic of China. It is formulated with Chuanxiong (Chuanxiong Rhizoma) and Bingpian (Borneolum Syntheticum) as core components, and is clinically indicated for coronary heart disease and angina pectoris belonging to the qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome, characterized by definite efficacy and rapid onset. Against the background that treatment of coronary heart disease emphasizes syndrome differentiation and individualized medication, the clinical demand for rapid-acting medicines for acute chest impediment has become increasingly prominent. This paper systematically reviews relevant domestic and international literatures, focusing on the key links of its “rapid onset” and the mechanism of “saving the heart”. From the perspectives of chemical constituents, formulation advantages, pharmacokinetic characteristics and molecular biological mechanisms, this review aims to explore the unique advantages of SJP and provide new ideas and theoretical references for its precise clinical application and further in-depth mechanistic research.
