目的 分析质谱成像技术(mass spectrometry imaging,MSI)在中药研究中的应用现状和热点,运用知识图谱直观展示该领域的研究历程,为其深入研究与应用提供参考。方法 检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据知识服务平台(Wangfang)、维普中文期刊服务平台(VIP)和Web of Science(WOS)数据库中相关中英文文献,利用NoteExpress文献管理软件对文献进行筛选,采用CiteSpace软件绘制发文量、发文机构、作者、关键词等的知识图谱。结果 共纳入124篇中文文献和306篇英文文献。2021年后相关发文量明显升高。《中草药》和《中国中药杂志》是中文文献发文量最多的期刊,Journal of Ethnopharmacology是英文文献发文量最多的期刊。孙博团队和蔡宗苇团队分别是中英文文献发文量最多的团队,中国中医科学院和中国科学院分别是中英文文献发文量最多的研究机构。中文文献研究热点主要集中在代谢组学、化学成分、组织分布等领域;英文文献研究热点则集中于成分鉴定、代谢物、生物合成等方面,中英文文献主要研究重点相同,均涉及中药化学成分的表征和空间分布、生物合成、代谢途径等。结论 现阶段MSI在中药研究中的应用已较为广泛,主要围绕中药化学成分的表征和空间定位、中药质量评价、活性成分生物合成、体内代谢与分布和药物作用机制研究等方面开展。该领域未来的研究趋势应重点关注MSI相关数据库的完善、定量MSI技术的优化、MSI与其他技术的融合应用、中药临床研究与应用推广、三维和活体MSI的开发与应用等几个方面。

[Abstract]
Objective To analyze the current application status and hotspots of mass spectrometry imaging (MSI) in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) research, and use knowledge graphs to display the research process in this field, providing reference for in-depth research and application. Methods Relevant Chinese and English literature from China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform (Wanfang), VIP Data Knowledge Service Platform (VIP) and Web of Science (WOS) databases were retrieved. Literature was screened by NoteExpress literature management software. The CiteSpace software was used to draw a knowledge graph of publishing volume, publishing institutions, authors, keywords, etc. Results A total of 124 Chinese literature and 306 English literature were included. The quantities of related publications significantly increased since the 2021. The Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs and Chinese Journal of Chinese Materia Medica are the journals with the highest quantities of publications in Chinese. Journal of Ethnopharmacology is the journal with the highest quantities of publications in English. Sun Bo’s team and Cai Zongwei’s team were the teams with the highest quantities of publications in Chinese and English, respectively. The China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences and Chinese Academy of Science were the research institutions with the highest quantities of publications in Chinese and English, respectively. Research in Chinese-language literature focused primarily on metabolomics, chemical composition, and tissue distribution, whereas English literature research emphasized component identification, metabolites, and biosynthesis. The main research focus of Chinese and English literature research is the same, both involving the characterization and spatial distribution of chemical components, biosynthesis, and metabolic pathways. Conclusion At present, MSI has been widely used in TCM research, primarily covering the characterization and spatial localization of chemical component, quality evaluation of TCM, biosynthesis of active components, in vivo metabolism and distribution, and elucidation of the TCM mechanism of action. Future research should focus on the following aspects: improvement of MSI-related databases, quantitative MSI technology optimization, the integration of MSI with other analytical technologies, clinical research and application promotion of TCM, the development and application of three-dimensional and in vivo MSI.
