肝纤维化是肝脏在慢性损伤后自我修复过程中细胞外基质异常沉淀的结果,持续性肝纤维化会发展为肝硬化、肝癌等恶性疾病。肝纤维化目前没有特效治疗药物,因此,早期预防和干预对于延缓疾病进展、降低重症肝病的发病率具有重要意义。近年来,萜类成分因其显著的多靶点、多通路抗肝纤维化作用而成为研究热点,其作用机制与抗炎、抗氧化应激、抗凋亡、调节细胞外基质沉淀降解等有关。通过系统综述近年国内外文献报道的具有抗肝纤维化活性的天然萜类成分,对其化学结构及分子机制进行归纳分析,为萜类抗肝纤维化创新药物的研发提供理论依据和研究思路。

Hepatic fibrosis is the pathological consequence of abnormal extracellular matrix deposition in the liver during the self-repair process following chronic injury. Persistent hepatic fibrosis can progress to malignant conditions such as cirrhosis and liver cancer. Currently, no specific therapeutic drugs exist for hepatic fibrosis, therefore, early prevention and intervention are of great significance for delaying disease progression and reducing the incidence of severe liver diseases. In recent years, terpenoids have emerged as a research hotspot due to their significant multi-target and multi-pathway anti-hepatic fibrosis effects. Their mechanisms are associated with anti-inflammation, antioxidative stress, anti-apoptosis, and the regulation of extracellular matrix deposition and degradation. This article systematically reviews natural terpenoids with anti-hepatic fibrosis activity reported in domestic and international literature in recent years, and summarizes their chemical structures and molecular mechanisms, providing a theoretical basis and research perspectives for the research and development of innovative anti-hepatic fibrosis drugs derived from terpenoids.
