[摘要]
目的 采用文献计量学方法对青藤碱的研究现状与热点进行全面分析,为未来青藤碱的深入研究与应用提供理论指导。方法 以青藤碱为关键词,检索中国知网(CNKI)、Web of Science(WOS)2个数据库,将文献导入NoteExpress文献管理软件中进行筛选。使用Excel、CiteSpace、VOSviewer等软件,从发文趋势与国家分布、发文机构、发文作者、关键词等层面,对国内外青藤碱研究现状进行可视化分析。结果 共检索到符合要求的中文文献710篇,英文文献471篇。青藤碱的研究以中国为主,近年来国际关注度也逐年提高,整体研究呈现出持续发展态势。青藤碱研究的核心团队已初步形成,合作多在机构内部或同一地区开展,跨区域合作较少。青藤碱领域的中英文文献均重点关注青藤碱的抗关节炎等药理作用和机制,而中文文献同时关注了青藤碱的提取分离、质量标准、制剂开发等。结论 青藤碱的研究目前仍较受关注,多组学驱动的机制解析、精准医疗导向的剂型创新、新适应证的扩展可能是未来青藤碱的研究热点。此外,青藤碱的研究应加强多学科合作,应用新技术,以全面挖掘青藤碱的潜力。

[Abstract]
Objective To comprehensively analyse the research status and hotspots of sinomenine by using bibliometric methods, and provide theoretical guidance for the future in-depth research and application of sinomenine. Methods A total of two databases of China Knowledge Network (CNKI) and Web of Science (WOS) were searched using sinomenine as the keyword, and the literature was imported into NoteExpress literature management software for screening. The analysis employed tools such as Excel, CiteSpace, and VOSviewer to visualize the current status of domestic and international research on sinomenine across various dimensions, including publication trends and national distribution, publishing institutions, publishing authors and keywords. Results A total of 710 Chinese and 471 English literature were retrieved that met the requirements. The research of sinomenine is mainly in China, and the international attention has also increased year by year in recent years, and the overall research has shown a continuous development trend. The core team of sinomenine research has been initially formed, and the cooperation is mostly carried out within the institution or in the same region, with less cross-regional cooperation. Both Chinese and English literature in the field of sinomenine focus on the pharmacological effects and mechanisms of sinomenine, such as anti-arthritis, while Chinese literature also focuses on the extraction and separation of sinomenine, quality standards, and formulation development. Conclusion The research of sinomenine is still in the limelight, and multi-omics-driven mechanism analysis, precision medicine-orientated dosage form innovation, and the expansion of new indications may be the hot spots of sinomenine research in the future. In addition, the research of sinomenine should strengthen multidisciplinary co-operation and apply new technologies in order to fully explore the potential of sinomenine.
