[摘要]
目的 运用文献计量学方法,梳理中医药调控线粒体活性氧(mitochondrial reactive oxygen species,mtROS)研究的历程、热点与前沿,总结调控机制,为后续研究与科研布局提供数据支撑和方向指导。方法 以中医药、线粒体活性氧等为主题词或关键词,检索中国知网、万方、维普及Web of Science核心合集数据库,检索时限为建库至2026年3月31日,获得中英文相关文献。应用CiteSpace、VOSviewer、Bibliometrix等工具,完成知识图谱的可视化呈现与图谱构建,对年度发文量、国家、机构、作者、期刊及关键词进行统计分析,并展开科研合作网络、共现聚类、突现检测分析。结果 共纳入中文文献1 026篇、英文文献649篇。图谱显示该领域年发文量呈持续增长趋势。中国在该领域占据主导地位,但国内、国际合作网络尚不紧密。本领域的核心研究机构有黑龙江中医药大学、河南中医药大学、广西中医药大学等。中、英文发文最多的期刊分别是《中国实验方剂学杂志》和Journal of Ethnopharmacology。中文文献关键词排名前5的是氧化应激、线粒体、中医药、中药、作用机制;英文文献关键词排名前5的是oxidative stress(氧化应激)、apoptosis(凋亡)、activation(激活)、traditional Chinese medicine(中医药)、reactive oxygen species(活性氧)。关键词突现分析显示,当前研究前沿正由基础抗氧化机制朝着网络药理学、分子对接、铁死亡等精准机制的方向深入。结论 中医药调控mtROS研究是近年的热点趋势,未来会受到更多学者关注,但后续还需进一步加强跨领域的合作交流。网络药理学与分子对接技术相结合正逐渐成为这一领域的新兴趋势。

Objective To apply bibliometric methods to review the research progress, hotspots and frontiers of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in regulating mitochondrial reactive oxygen species (mtROS), summarize the regulatory mechanisms, and provide data support and directional guidance for subsequent research and research planning. Methods Relevant Chinese and English literature were retrieved from CNKI, Wanfang, VIP and Web of Science Core Collection using TCM and mtROS as search terms or keywords, with the search period covering from database inception to March 31, 2026. CiteSpace, VOSviewer and Bibliometrix were applied to complete the visualization presentation and construction of the knowledge graph. Statistical analyses were performed on annual publication volumes, countries, institutions, authors, journals and keywords. Scientific research collaboration networks, co-occurrence clustering and keyword burst detection analyses were also carried out. Results A total of 1 026 Chinese articles and 649 English articles were included. Knowledge maps showed a sustained growth in annual publication output. China dominated this research field, while domestic and international cooperation networks were not well-developed. Core research institutions included Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine, Henan University of Chinese Medicine and Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine. The most productive journals were Chinese Journal of Experimental Traditional Medical Formulae and Journal of Ethnopharmacology. The top five keywords in Chinese literature were oxidative stress, mitochondria, TCM, Chinese herbal medicine and mechanisms of action; the top five keywords in English literature were oxidative stress, apoptosis, activation, TCM and reactive oxygen species. Keyword burst analysis indicated that the research frontier is shifting from basic antioxidant mechanisms toward precise mechanisms such as network pharmacology, molecular docking and ferroptosis. Conclusion Research on TCM regulating mtROS has become a growing research hotspot in recent years and will draw more academic attention, while interdisciplinary cooperation needs to be further strengthened. The combined application of network pharmacology and molecular docking is gradually becoming an emerging trend in this field.
