[摘要]
中药传统汤剂的药性与煎药方法及工艺密切相关,查证中药汤剂不同时期发展的特点、厘清煎法及其对汤剂药性形成的影响,对中药传统汤剂煎法的现代化具有重要意义。传统汤剂的煎煮不仅是将中药化学成分悉数转移至汤中,还伴随着物化属性的传变,形成汤剂的药性,最终实现防病治病的目的。目前中药传统汤剂发展过程中面临传统工艺传承困难、中药产品智能制造不足、制造效率不高、过程控制技术薄弱等挑战,对此从中药传统汤剂煎法的发展历史及特点出发,通过中药传统汤剂的科学内涵、工艺传承、设备现代化以及过程质量评价等角度综述中药传统汤剂煎法现代化发展研究进展,以期为中药传统汤剂的煎法工艺研究及阐释提供理论的支持,推动中药汤剂的未来数智化发展研究。

The pharmacological properties of traditional Chinese herbal decoctions are closely related to the methods and processes of decoction. Investigating the characteristics of the development of Chinese herbal decoctions at different stages, and clarifying the methods of decoction and their impact on the formation of pharmacological properties, are of great significance for the modernization of the decoction methods of traditional Chinese herbal decoctions. The decoction of traditional herbal decoctions is not only a process of transferring all the chemical components of Chinese herbal medicine into the liquid but also involves the transformation of physicochemical properties, thereby forming the pharmacological properties of the decoction and ultimately achieving the goal of preventing and treating diseases. Currently, the development of traditional Chinese herbal decoctions faces challenges such as difficulties in inheriting traditional processes, insufficient intelligent manufacturing of Chinese medicine products, low manufacturing efficiency, and weak process control technology. This paper, starting from the development history and characteristics of the decoction methods of traditional Chinese herbal decoctions, reviews the research progress of the modernization of the decoction methods of traditional Chinese herbal decoctions from the perspectives of scientific connotation, process inheritance, equipment modernization, and process quality evaluation. It aims to provide theoretical support for the research and elucidation of the decoction methods of traditional Chinese herbal decoctions and to promote the future digital and intelligent development research of Chinese herbal decoctions.
