代谢综合征(metabolic syndrome,MetS)是由胰岛素抵抗、慢性炎症、氧化应激、肠道菌群失调等因素交互引发的代谢性疾病,以肥胖、糖脂代谢紊乱、高血压、动脉粥样硬化及脂肪性肝病等为特征。研究表明,黄酮类化合物通过多靶点机制改善MetS,此外,黄酮类化合物可通过调节肠道菌群,调控“微生物-代谢物-宿主”网络,协同改善代谢紊乱。这种多维度调控策略凸显了黄酮类化合物的独特优势,为开发循证整合疗法提供新方向。通过综述黄酮类化合物改善MetS的作用与机制,为其临床应用及深入研究提供理论参考。

Metabolic syndrome (MetS) is a metabolic disease caused by insulin resistance, chronic inflammation, oxidative stress, intestinal flora imbalance and other factors. It is characterized by obesity, glucose and lipid metabolism disorders, hypertension, atherosclerosis and fatty liver disease. Studies have shown that flavonoids improve MetS through a multi-target mechanism. In addition, flavonoids can synergistically improve metabolic disorders by regulating the intestinal flora and regulating the “microorganism-metabolite-host” network. This multi-dimensional regulation strategy highlights the unique advantages of flavonoids and provides a new direction for the development of evidence-based integrated therapy. This article reviews the role and mechanism of flavonoids in improving MetS, aiming to provide a theoretical reference for its clinical application and in-depth study.
