中药材在仓储过程中易受环境因素的影响,导致性状劣变、成分降解和微生物污染等,进而影响药效及用药安全。为了保障中药材在仓储过程的质量,构建科学的质控体系至关重要。系统梳理了中药材储存期间质量的变化规律,剖析了传统仓储质量控制模式的局限性,并提出构建基于过程监测理念的质量控制新体系,探讨中药材仓储质量控制的未来发展趋势与研究方向。旨在构建科学、合理的仓储质量控制体系,提升中药材在仓储阶段的质量稳定性与安全性。

Chinese medicinal materials are susceptible to environmental influences during storage, which may result in morphological deterioration, degradation of chemical constituents, and microbial contamination, thereby compromising their therapeutic efficacy and medication safety. To ensure quality throughout the storage process, it is essential to establish a scientific and effective quality control system. This review systematically summarizes the quality variation patterns of Chinese medicinal materials during storage, analyzes the limitations of traditional warehouse-based quality control models, and proposes a novel quality control system based on the concept of process monitoring. It further explores future development trends and research directions in storage quality control, aiming to construct a scientific and rational system to enhance the stability and safety of Chinese medicinal materials during storage.
