植物源纳米囊泡(plant-derived nanovesicles,PDNVs)是一类天然来源的纳米递送系统,具备良好的生物相容性、低免疫原性、靶向性等特征,在药物和生物活性成分递送方面具有显著优势和广阔应用前景。总结了PDNVs制备技术和表征方法,梳理了PDNVs功能化策略、载药技术、载药效能评价体系与安全性评估等方面的关键研究进展,重点分析了PDNVs载药技术在疾病治疗以及生物医学化妆品等领域的创新应用,探讨了PDNVs在标准化生产和应用推广等方面所面临的挑战和机遇。旨在为PDNVs的载药系统工程化和应用提供新的思路和方法学参考,推动该领域发展与技术革新。

Plant-derived nanovesicles (PDNVs) are a class of naturally-sourced nano-delivery systems known for their excellent biocompatibility, low immunogenicity, and targeting property. These characteristics endow them with significant advantages and broad application prospects in the delivery of drugs and bioactive ingredients. This review summarizes the methods of preparing and characterizing PDNVs and summarizes key advancements in surface functionalization strategies, drug-loading techniques, evaluation systems for drug-loading efficacy, and safety assessments. Additionally, this review analyze the innovative applications of PDNVs-based drug-loading technology in disease treatment and biomedical cosmetics. Finally, this review address the challenges and opportunities associated with the standardized production and application promotion of PDNVs. This review aims to provide new insights and methodological references for the engineering and application of PDNVs as drug delivery systems, promoting the development and technological innovation in this field.
