近年来中草药衍生囊泡样纳米颗粒(Chinese herbal medicine-derived vesicle-like nanoparticles,CHMDVLNs)在治疗皮肤疾病和美容方面展现出独特疗效,相较于传统中药制剂,CHMDVLNs具有靶向性、生物相容性等优势,且工程化修饰和微针透皮给药结合的“首创性应用”,为CHMDVLNs防治皮肤疾病提供了高效、安全的应用方式。通过总结CHMDVLNs在治疗皮肤疾病及美容(抗炎、抗衰老、抑制黑色素生成、促进伤口愈合)方面的研究现状,论述CHMDVLNs对皮肤健康管理的重要作用,关注工程化修饰的CHMDVLNs与微针技术联合在未来应用的巨大潜力,为CHMDVLNs在皮肤健康管理领域的转化开发提供理论依据。

In recent years, Chinese herbal medicine-derived vesicle-like nanoparticles (CHMDVLNs) have shown unique efficacy in the treatment of skin diseases and cosmetology. Compared with traditional Chinese medicine formulations, CHMDVLNs offer distinct advantages, such as targeting capability and excellent biocompatibility, and the pioneering combination of engineered CHMDVLNs with microneedle-mediated transdermal delivery has provided an efficient and safe strategy for the prevention and treatment of skin diseases. This article summarizes the research progress on CHMDVLNs in managing skin conditions and improving cosmetic outcomes, including anti-inflammatory, anti-aging, inhibition of melanogenesis, and promotion of wound healing. It further discusses the important role of CHMDVLNs in skin health management, highlighting the promising potential of integrating engineered CHMDVLNs with microneedle technology for future applications. The aim is to provide a theoretical foundation for the transformation development of CHMDVLNs in the field of skin health.
