[摘要]
目的 研究马鞭草Verbenae Herba醋酸乙酯部位中三萜类化学成分。方法 采用正相硅胶、Sephadex LH-20凝胶和半制备HPLC等柱色谱手段分离纯化,根据理化性质、波谱数据和单晶衍射,并结合文献对单体化合物进行结构鉴定。结果 从马鞭草醋酸乙酯部位中分离得到9个三萜类成分,分别为3α-羟基-24-O-乙烯基-乌苏烷-12-烯-28-酸(1)、2α,3β,23-三羟基齐墩果烷-11,13(18) -双烯-28-酸(2)、3β,19α,30-三羟基乌苏烷-12-烯-28-酸(3)、川芎三萜(4)、2α,3β,23-三羟基乌苏酸-12,18-双烯-28-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(5)、19α-羟基积雪草酸(6)、nigaichigoside F1(7)、熊果酸(8)和蔷薇酸(9)。结论 化合物1为新化合物,命名为马鞭草三萜A;化合物2~7均为首次从马鞭草属中分离得到。

[Abstract]
Objective To investigate the triterpenoids in the ethyl acetate of Verbenae Herba. Methods The compound were isolated and purified by column chromatography of normal silica, Sephadex LH-20 gel and semi-prepared HPLC. The isolated compounds were elucidated on the basis of the physicochemical properties, spectral data, X-ray and literature comparisons. Results Nine triterpenoids were isolated, their structures were identified as 3α-hydroxy-24-O-vinyl-ursulan-12-en-28-acid (1), 2α,3β,23-trihydroxyoleana-11,13(18)-dien-28-oic acid (2), 3β,19α,30-trihydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid (3), xiongterpene (4), 2α,3β,23-trihydroxylurs-12,18-dien-28-oic acid β-D-glucopyranoside (5), 19α-hydroxyasiatic acid (6), nigaichigoside F1 (7), ursolic acid (8), and euscaphic acid (9). Conclusion Compound 1 was a new compound, named veboffitrol A, and compounds 2—7 were the first time isolated from this genus.
