津血同源，津液代谢失常，形成痰液；血液运行失常，形成瘀血，痰瘀互结，疾病发生。活血利水法，基于“血水同治”思想，在活血化瘀的基础上利水渗湿，相辅相成，广泛用于“水肿”“虚劳”“胸痹”“癥瘕”等中医范畴的病证。通过结合“血水相关”理论溯源及活血利水法临床应用，阐述津血失常所致疾病的病机与活血利水方药效用；总结了经典活血利水方剂的现代实验研究，如桂枝茯苓丸、当归芍药散等；并通过活血利水与养血、益气、温阳、养阴等功效拓展结合，从活血化瘀利水、养血活血利水、益气活血利水、温阳活血利水、养阴活血利水5个方面探讨了经典名方多方合用的临床研究，以此来验证活血利水法的有效性、实用性，并为开发活血利水新方药提供参考。

The fluid and blood are homologous, the body fluid metabolism is abnormal, the sputum is formed, the blood operation is abnormal, the blood stasis is formed, the phlegm and blood stasis are intermingled, and the disease occurs. Based on the concept of “simultaneous treatment of blood and water”, on the basis of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, promoting water and oozing dampness complement each other, the blood activating water relieving method is widely used in the field of traditional Chinese medicine such as “edema” “fatigue” “chest paralysis” and “abdominal mass”. Combined with the traceability of the theory of “blood-water correlation” and the clinical application of the blood activating water relieving method, this paper elaborates on the pathogenesis of diseases caused by abnormal fluid and blood and the effect of blood activating water relieving prescription. It concludes the modern experimental study of classical prescriptions for blood activating water relieving, such as Guizhi Fuling Pill, Danggui Shaoyao Powder, and so on. Through the combination of blood activating water relieving with the functions of nourishing blood, invigorating qi, warming yang, and nourishing yin, this paper discusses the clinical research on the combination of classical famous prescriptions from the five principles, such as promoting blood circulation, removing blood stasis and promoting diuresis; nourishing blood, activating blood and promoting diuresis; benefiting qi, activating blood and promoting diuresis; warming yang, activating blood and promoting diuresis; nourishing yin, activating blood and promoting diuresis, to verify the effectiveness and practicability of the method of blood activating water relieving and provide a reference for the development of new prescriptions for blood activating water relieving.
