补阳还五汤（Buyang Huanwu Decoction，BHD）具有补气活血通络之功效和抗血栓、抗神经损伤、抑制细胞凋亡等药理作用，临床上常用于治疗缺血性脑卒中。通过对BHD的化学成分、药理作用进行系统总结与梳理，依照质量标志物（quality marker，Q-Marker）理念，从传递与溯源、特有、有效、复方配伍、可测和超分子“印迹性”6个方面对BHD的Q-Marker进行预测分析，提示黄芪甲苷、黄芪皂苷I、毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷、毛蕊异黄酮、芒柄花素、芒柄花苷、阿魏酸、川芎嗪、藁本内酯、芍药苷、苦杏仁苷、羟基红花黄色素A可作为该复方的Q-Marker，后续可选择这些Q-Marker为指标，根据药材、饮片、制剂的量值传递规律建立并控制BHD全过程质量可溯源体系。

Buyang Huanwu Decoction (补阳还五汤, BHD) has the effects of tonifying qi, activating blood and dredging collaterals, as well as antithrombotic, anti-nerve damage, inhibiting apoptosis and other pharmacological effects. It is commonly used in clinical treatment of ischemic stroke. This paper systematically summarizes and sorts out the research progress of the chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of BHD. On this basis, according to the concept of quality marker (Q-Marker), the Q-Marker of BHD was predicted and analyzed from six aspects: transmission and traceability, specificity, effectiveness, compound compatibility, testability, and supramolecular “imprinting”. The Q-Marker of BHD was predicted and analyzed, suggesting that astragaloside IV, astragaloside I, calycosin7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside, calycosin, formononetin, ononin, ferulic acid, ligustrazine, ligustilide, paeoniflorin, amygdalin, hydroxysafflor yellow A can be used as the Q-Marker of the formula, and these Q-Markers can be selected as indicators in the future, and the quality traceability system of BHD in the whole process can be established and controlled according to the quantity transfer law of medicinal materials, decoction pieces and preparations.
