[摘要]
目的 研究大叶紫珠Callicarpa macrophylla二氯甲烷部位的化学成分。方法 采用硅胶柱色谱、凝胶柱色谱、聚酰胺柱色谱进行分离纯化,并采用波谱技术鉴定其结构。结果 从大叶紫珠的二氯甲烷部位分离出13个化合物,分别鉴别为5-羟基-3,7,4'-甲氧基黄酮(1)、3,7,3',4'-甲氧基槲皮素(2)、乌发醇(3)、木犀草素(4)、5-羟基-3,7-二甲氧基-4-甲基黄酮(5)、3,7-二甲氧基槲皮素(6)、胡萝卜苷(7)、linoleic acid(8)、异海松酸(9)、2-[(4aR,6aR,6aS,6bR,10S,12aR,14bS)- 10-hydroxy-2,2,6a,6b,9,9,12a-heptamethyl-1,3,4,5,6,6a,7,8,8a,10,11,12,13,14b-tetradecahydropicen-4a-yl](10)、豆甾醇(11)、熊果酸(12)、β-谷甾醇(13)。结论 化合物1、3、4、5、6、8、9、10、11、12为首次从该植物分离得到。

[Abstract]
Objective To study the dichloromethane chemical constituents of Callicarpa macrophylla.Methods The chemical constituents of C. macrophylla were isolated and purified by Silica gel column chromatography, gel column chromatography and polyamide column chromatography. The structures were identified by spectral methods. Results Thirteen compounds were isolated from the dichloromethane fraction of C. macrophylla and identified as: 5-hydroxy-3,7,4'-trimethoxyflavone (1), quercetin 3,7,3',4'-tetra-O-methyl ether (2), uvaol (3), luteolin (4), 5-hydroxy-3,7-methoxy-4-methyl flavane (5), 3,7-dimethoxyquencetin (6), daucosterol (7), linoleic acid (8), isopimaric acid (9), 2-[(4aR,6aR,6aS,6bR,10S,12aR,14bS)-10-hydroxy-2,2,6a,6b,9,9,12a- heptamethyl-1,3,4,5,6,6a,7,8,8a,10,11,12,13,14b-tetradecahydropicen-4a-yl] (10), stigmasterol (11), ursolic acid (12), and β-sitosterol (13). Conclusion Compounds 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
