彝族医药是我国独具特色的少数民族医药之一，分析彝族医药发明专利信息，对促进彝族医药现代转型意义重大。运用INCOPAT数据库，检索全球彝族医药发明专利，在进行扩展同族合并后，整理64件专利信息，对专利技术总体发展趋势、专利申请数量与时间、专利法律与运营状态、申请人类型及地域分布、申请人专利价值、专利技术构成、专利技术功效及其价值等内容进行可视化图表分析。分析表明，彝族医药发明专利技术处于成长阶段，年申请量和申请人数量均呈持续增长趋势，但专利申请质量较低；当前全球彝族医药研发以中国为主，尤其是云南省楚雄彝族自治州专利申请最为活跃，而专利申请人类型以企业、个人和大专院校为主，机关团体和科研单位成果转化水平较低；彝族医药专利集中在医药制造业，热点技术领域为医用、牙科用或梳妆用的配制品，及化合物或药物制药的治疗活性，技术功效价值度较高的包括安全提高、复杂性降低、效率提高、速度提高和成本降低等，而提取分离技术是当前彝族医药研发和专利保护的技术缺口。为促进彝族医药发明专利科学布局，推进彝族医药创新与现代转型，应构建川滇黔资源共享和科技创新合作的新格局，增强科研单位、大专院校、机关团体与企业之间的专利技术合作；在加强热点领域的同时，需要加大彝族医药提取分离技术的研发力度，更多地涉及化妆品或类似梳妆用配制品的特定用途等其他领域，并与专用设备制造业等其他制造领域的先进技术进行融合创新。

Yi ethnic medicine is one of the unique ethnic minority medicines in China. Analyzing the patent information of Yi ethnic medicine inventions is of great significance for promoting the modern transformation of Yi ethnic medicine. Using the INCOPAT database, search for global invention patents of Yi ethnic medicine, and after expanding and merging with the same family, organize 64 patent information. Visualize and analyze the overall development trend of patent technology, the number and time of patent applications, patent law and operation status, applicant types and geographical distribution, applicant patent value, patent technology composition, patent technology efficacy and value. The analysis shows that the Yi ethnic group’s pharmaceutical invention patent technology is in the growth stage, with a continuous growth trend in both the annual application volume and the number of applicants, but the quality of patent applications is relatively low. At present, the global research and development of Yi ethnic medicine is mainly focused on China, especially in the Chuxiong Yi Autonomous Prefecture of Yunnan Province, where invention patent applications are the most active. However, the human type of patent applications is mainly focused on enterprises, individuals, and colleges, and the level of achievement transformation in government agencies, organizations, and research institutions is relatively low; Yi ethnic medicine patents are concentrated in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, with hot technology areas including medical, dental, or cosmetic preparations, as well as the therapeutic activity of compounds or pharmaceutical drugs. The high value of technical efficacy includes safety improvement, complexity reduction, efficiency improvement, speed improvement, and cost reduction. Extraction and separation technology is currently a technological gap in Yi ethnic medicine research and patent protection. To promote the scientific layout of Yi ethnic medicine invention patents, promote Yi ethnic medicine innovation and modern transformation, a new pattern of resource sharing and scientific and technological innovation cooperation in Sichuan, Yunnan, and Guizhou should be established, and patent technology cooperation between scientific research units, colleges and universities, government agencies, and enterprises should be strengthened. While strengthening the hot areas, it is necessary to increase the research and development efforts of Yi ethnic medicine extraction and separation technology, involving more specific uses of cosmetics or similar cosmetic products in other fields, and integrating and innovating with advanced technologies in other manufacturing fields such as specialized equipment manufacturing.
