复方阿胶浆具有补气养血的功效，临床主要用于治疗肿瘤、血液系统及妇科类疾病，但对其化学成分及药效物质基础研究较少，质量控制手段落后。通过对复方阿胶浆的化学成分和药理作用的研究进展进行综述，在此基础上，依据“五原则”对复方阿胶浆的质量标志物（quality marker，Q-Marker）进行预测分析，初步确定L-羟脯氨酸、甘氨酸、丙氨酸、脯氨酸、人参皂苷Rg₁、人参皂苷Re、三七皂苷R₂（R型）、地黄苷D、焦地黄苯乙醇苷A₁、毛蕊花糖苷、异毛蕊花糖苷、党参炔苷、绿原酸、牡荆素鼠李糖苷等可作为复方阿胶浆的Q-Marker，为复方阿胶浆的质量标准提升与后续研究提供参考。

Fufang E'jiao Syrup (复方阿胶浆, FES) has the effects of tonifying blood and nourishing qi. Clinically, it is mainly used for the treatment of tumors, hematological systems, and gynecological diseases. However, there are few studies on its chemical composition and pharmacodynamic material basis, and the quality control methods are backward. Based on research progress on chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of FES, its quality markers were predicted and analyzed according to the "Five Principles". The results suggested that L-hydroxyproline, glycine, alanine, proline, ginsenoside Rg₁, ginsenoside Re, R-notoginsenoside R₂, rehmannioside D, jionoside A₁, acteoside, isoacteoside, lobetyolin, chlorogenic acid and vitexin-rhamnoside can be used as quality markers of FES, which can provide reference for its quality standard improvement and other research in the future.
