补骨脂Psoraleae Fructus为临床常用中药,是补益类中成药或方剂中的重要组成药味。近年来,补骨脂的肝毒性对其临床用药安全构成威胁,阻碍了含补骨脂方剂的中药新药开发,限制了补骨脂及其中成药的临床应用。通过对补骨脂的化学成分及药理活性,果皮和种子中的化学成分分布特征,在生长、贮藏、加工炮制过程中补骨脂香豆素类成分转化特征,香豆素类成分体内代谢转化特征及潜在的肝毒性成分等质量特征及其在补骨脂减毒工艺中的应用分析,为补骨脂及含补骨脂中成药的提取工艺、质量标准研究提供参考。

Buguzhi (Psoraleae Fructus) is a traditional Chinese medicine commonly used in clinical practice, and it is an important component in tonic Chinese patent medicines or prescriptions. In recent years, the hepatotoxicity of Psoraleae Fructus has posed a serious threat to its clinical safety, which has hindered the development of new drugs for prescriptions containing Psoraleae Fructus and limited the clinical application of both Psoraleae Fructus and its Chinese patent medicine. In this article, the quality features about the chemical compounds and pharmacological activities of Psoraleae Fructus, the distribution characteristics of compounds in the peel and seeds of Psoraleae Fructus, the conversion of coumarins during the growth, storage, and processing of Psoraleae Fructus, the metabolic transformation characteristics of coumarins in vivo, potential hepatotoxic compounds in Psoraleae Fructus, and its application in the detoxification process of Psoraleae Fructus were analyzed, which can serve as a valuable reference for studying extraction process and quality standard research of Psoraleae Fructus and Chinese patent medicines containing Psoraleae Fructus.
