传统中医认为“百病皆由脾胃衰而生”，现代社会因饮食不节、嗜烟好酒、作息无序及工作和生活压力等诸多因素，造成“脾失健运”。中医药学研究结果显示，健脾开胃的食品疗法因其耐受性及依从性好，被中医医家及患者广泛接受。通过对健脾开胃中药成方制剂、食药同源中药材及饮片和国内外食药同源政策进行综述，以促进食药物质在普通食品领域的开发，为健脾开胃类保健食品、特医食品等的研发提供理论依据。

Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) believed that all diseases are caused by dysfunction of spleen and stomach. In modern society, the dysfunction of spleen and stomach occurred due to the poor or not clean diet, smoking and alcohol addiction, disordered work and rest, work and life pressure and many other factors. The research results of modern TCM showed that food therapy of invigorating spleen and stomach was tolerant and compliant, it was widely accepted by TCM doctors and patients. This paper summarizes preparations for invigorating spleen and stomach, food and medicine homologous substances and domestic and foreign policies of food and drug homology, in order to promote their development in the field of common food, and provide theoretical basis for future research on the development of health food and special medical food for invigorating spleen and stomach.
