目的 采用Orbit数据库对近年来中药健康食品的研究概况进行可视化分析。方法 从全球专利角度,针对中药健康食品开展技术主题分析,着重对2016年以来中药健康食品相关专利申请的国家(地区)、时间以及主要申请人分布进行分析,并且对技术进行分支、聚类分析。结果 从整体而言,中药健康产品的申请一直处于稳定的活跃状态,且中药健康食品正处于专利生命周期的高速稳定发展期。技术分布上显示,2016年以来中药健康食品专利申请国家(地区)主要为中国,其次为韩国、美国、印度、欧洲及日本;其中,中国的中药健康食品技术发展最为稳定,且2016年以来在这一技术领域中国处于绝对优势地位。技术构成上显示,技术热点为制药、食品化学;技术聚类显示,改变食品的营养性质、营养制品及其制备或处理为热点聚类。结论 虽然目前中药健康食品相关技术专利申请体量巨大,但是尚未形成有效的专利保护,创新主体需要更加有针对性地布局研发,提升创新高度。

Objective Orbit database was used to visually analyze the research situation of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) health food in recent years. Methods From the perspective of global patents, this article analyzed the technical theme of TCM health food, focusing on the application countries or regions, time and distribution of main applicants related to health food of TCM since 2016, and conducted branch and cluster analysis of technologies. Results On the whole, the application amount of TCM health products has been in a stable state of high application amount, and TCM health food is in a high-speed and stable development period of the patent life cycle. According to the technical distribution, the patent application countries/regions for TCM health food since 2016 are mainly China, followed by South Korea, the United States, India, the European Union and Japan. Among them, the development of TCM health food technology is the most stable, and China has been in an absolute advantage in this technology field since 2016. According to the technical composition, the focus of technology is pharmaceutical and food chemistry. Collective clustering shows that changing the nutritional properties of food, nutritional products, their preparation or processing is a hot cluster. Conclusion Although there is a huge volume of patent applications for technologies related to TCM health food, effective patent protection has not yet been formed. The innovation subject needs more targeted layout of research and development to improve the innovation level.
