近年来,中药-化学药在临床实践中的联合应用非常广泛,其药物相互作用不容忽视。为优化药物的合理使用、拓宽药物的应用范围,定量药理学模型逐步被引入到药物相互作用的研究中,该模型种类涵盖较广,其中用于预测中药-化学药相互作用(herb-drug interaction,HDI)的模型主要包括药动学/药效学模型、群体药动学模型及生理药动学模型。通过对上述模型在HDI领域的应用进行概述,提炼定量药理学模型在HDI研究中的主要思路与方法,为中药和化学药的合理联用提供参考。

In recent years, the combined application of traditional Chinese medicine-chemical drugs in clinical practice is very common, and the drug interaction cannot be ignored. In order to optimize rational use and broaden application scope of drugs, pharmacometrics models are gradually being introduced into drug-drug interaction study. There is a wide range of pharmacometrics models, mainly including the pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic models, population pharmacokinetics models and physiologically based pharmacokinetics models, usually used to predict herb-drug interaction (HDI). This article intends to summarize the application of these models in HDI and establish the research strategy of pharmacometrics models in HDI, with view to providing references for further clinical rational combination of herbs and drugs.
