泽泻作为利水渗湿类传统中药，在临床上应用十分广泛，近年来随着泽泻毒性的有关报道不断增多，其安全性也成为人们关注的热点。通过查阅历代医药典籍并结合国内外研究，对泽泻的毒性历史沿革、现代研究、影响因素以及减毒策略进行了整理归纳，以期为泽泻的临床应用提供参考。

As a traditional Chinese medicine for inducing diuresis and excreting dampness, Alismatis Rhizoma is widely used in clinical practice. In recent years, with the increasing number of reports on its toxicity, its safety has become a hot topic of concern. In this paper, the toxicity history, modern research, influencing factors and detoxification strategies of Alismatis Rhizoma were summarized by referring to medical classics of the past dynasties and combining with domestic and foreign studies, in order to provide reference for the clinical application of Alismatis Rhizoma.
