该文通过对2005—2023年国家自然科学基金中医药领域资助的中药多糖相关的项目进行回顾性分析，系统梳理和总结中药多糖的研究内容和热点。分析发现，中药多糖的主要研究内容集中于“活性及作用机制”“构效关系”和“吸收和代谢”等方面，主要研究热点包括“黄芪多糖”“肠道菌群”“当归多糖”和“枸杞多糖”等。最后提出了我国中药多糖研究领域主要存在的3个潜在问题：多糖化学结构的表征技术无法满足实际需求；多糖吸收与代谢途径的有待明确；中药多糖与小分子的整体协同作用有待阐明。旨在为今后我国中药多糖的研究者提供参考，并为相关项目的申请者提供借鉴。

Through a retrospective analysis of the projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China from 2005 to 2023 in the field of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) polysaccharides, this article systematically summarized the main research contents and hotspots of TCM polysaccharides. The main research contents of TCM polysaccharides focused on “pharmacological properties and mechanism” “structure-activity relationship” and “absorption and metabolism”, and the main research hotspots included “Astragalus membranaceus polysaccharides” “gut microbiota” “Angelica sinensis polysaccharidess” “Lycium barbarum polysaccharides” and so on. At last, three potential problems existed in the research field of TCM polysaccharides were pointed out. Firstly, the characterization technologies for the chemical structure of polysaccharides could not meet the actual demand; secondly, the pathways of polysaccharides absorption and metabolism remain to be clarified; thirdly, the overall synergistic effect of TCM polysaccharides and small molecules remains to be clarified. The purpose of this paper is to provide reference for the researchers of TCM polysaccharides in the future and for the applicants of related projects.
