苏子降气汤是国家公布的第2批经典名方之一。通过采用溯源法和文献计量学方法,对苏子降气汤的剂量组成、主治病证、炮制方法、功效方义、现代疾病谱等方面进行考辨分析,以进一步推进该方剂的临床应用及制剂优化开发。考证结果表明苏子降气汤出自《太平惠民和剂局方》,由紫苏子、半夏、当归、甘草、前胡、厚朴、肉桂、生姜、大枣、紫苏叶组成,后世医家记载方剂主要有4种变化形式。在应用该方剂时,紫苏子应炒制、半夏姜制、厚朴姜制、甘草炙制,其余药物可参考《中国药典》2020年版炮制。古籍记载的苏子降气汤主治病证广泛,包括咳嗽、呃逆、痛风、腹痛、心痛、痘疹等,病机总属“气机失常,气不能降,上盛下虚”。其现代临床应用则相对单一,主要应用于呼吸系统相关疾病,另外涉及慢性心力衰竭、便秘、胃脘痛等病证。

Suzi Jiangqi Decoction (苏子降气汤, SJD) is one of the second batch of classic prescriptions published by the state. By using the method of tracing and bibliometrics, the dose composition, main disease syndrome, processing method, efficacy formula and modern disease spectrum of SJD were analyzed, so as to further promote the clinical application and preparation optimization development of the prescription. Research results showed that SJD originated from Prescriptions of Peaceful Benevolent Dispensary, which was composed of Zisuzi (Perillae Fructus), Banxia (Pinelliae Rhizoma), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma), Qianhu (Peucedani Radix), Houpo (Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex), Rougui (Cinnamomi Cortex), Shengjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens), Dazao (Jujubae Fructus), and Zisuye (Perillae Folium). In the application of the prescription, Perillae Fructus roasted, Pinelliae Rhizoma processed with ginger, Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex processed with ginger, Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma roasted, and other drugs can refer to the 2020 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia routine processing. Ancient records of SJD main treatment of a wide range of diseases, involving internal and external departments, including cough, hiccups, gout, abdominal pain, heartache, acne, etc. The pathogenesis is always “disorder of qi movement, qi can not fall, upper excess and lower deficiency”. Its modern clinical application is relatively simple, mainly used in respiratory system related diseases, in addition to chronic heart failure, constipation, stomach pain and other diseases.
