[摘要]
目的 研究红簕钩Rubus pirifolicus的化学成分。方法 采用大孔树脂、硅胶、ODS、Sephadex LH-20以及半制备HPLC等方法进行分离纯化,根据波谱数据并结合文献对化合物结构进行鉴定。结果 从红簕钩醋酸乙酯部位中分离得到16个化合物,分别鉴定为梨叶悬钩子酸A(1)、acanthochlamic acid(2)、2α,3β-dihydroxyolean-13(18)-en-28-oic acid(3)、3-表-2-氧代-坡模醇酸(4)、2α,3α,19α,22α-tetrahydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid(5)、23-O-galloylarjungenin(6)、2α,3α,19α,24-四羟基齐墩果-12-烯-28-羧酸(7)、bellericagenin B(8)、roburgenic acid(9)、2β,3β,19α-三羟基齐墩果-12-烯-23,28-二羧酸(10)、2α,3β,23-trihydroxylup-20(29)-en-28-oic acid 28-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(11)、熊果酸(12)、山楂酸(13)、科罗索酸(14)、坡模酸(15)、齐墩果酸(16)。结论 化合物1为新化合物,命名为梨叶悬钩子酸A,化合物2~3、5~6、8~10为首次从悬钩子属中分离得到,所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。

[Abstract]
Objective To study the chemical constituents from Rubus pirifolicus. Methods The extract from R. pirifolicus was isolated and purified by macroporous resin, silica gel column, ODS, Sephadex LH-20 and semi-preparative HPLC. Their structures were identified by spectral analysis combined with literature. Results Sixteen compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate extracts of R. pirifolicus and identified as pirifoliusic acid A (1), acanthochlamic acid (2), 2α,3β-dihydroxyolean- 13(18)-en-28-oic acid (3), 3-epi-2-oxopomolic acid (4), 2α,3α,19α,22α-tetrahydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid (5), 23-O-galloylarjungenin (6), 2α,3α,19α,24-tetrahydroxyolean-12-en-28-oic acid (7), bellericagenin B (8), roburgenic acid (9), 2β,3β,19α-trihydroxyolean- 12-ene-23,28-dioic acid (10), 2α,3β,23-trihydroxylup-20(29)-en-28-oic acid 28-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (11), ursolic acid (12), maslinic acid (13), corosolic acid (14), pomolic acid (15), oleanolic acid (16). Conclusion Compound 1 is a new compound and named pirifoliusic acid A; Compounds 2—3, 5—6, 8—10 were isolated from the Rubus for the first time, and all the compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
