人参皂苷Rg3(ginsenoside Rg3,Rg3)是人参中主要的活性成分之一,具有广泛的药理活性,尤其在抗肿瘤研究方面备受关注。然而,Rg3在水中溶解度差和生物利用度低等问题极大地限制了Rg3的临床应用。纳米给药系统在改善Rg3水溶性差、延缓Rg3体内代谢等方面取得了一定的进展,并已开发出具有不同诊疗功能的Rg3纳米药物,显著提高了Rg3的抗癌效果。通过对近年来Rg3纳米药物及其在抗肿瘤方面的研究进行综述,为Rg3的进一步研究提供参考。

Ginsenoside Rg3 (Rg3) is one of the main active ingredients in ginseng and has a wide range of pharmacological activities, especially in the field of antitumor. However, the poor solubility and low bioavailability of Rg3 in water have greatly limited the clinical application of Rg3. Nano drug delivery systems have made progress in improving the poor water solubility of Rg3 and delaying the metabolism of Rg3 in vivo, and have developed Rg3 nanodrugs with different therapeutic functions, which have significantly improved the anti-cancer effect of Rg3. In this paper, the recent research of Rg3 nanomedicine and its application in antitumor was reviewed to provide a reference for further research on Rg3.
