[摘要]
目的 对红花八角Illicium dunnianum的干燥叶进行化学成分研究。方法 综合应用各种现代色谱分离技术进行系统的分离纯化,根据化合物的理化性质和核磁共振波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果 从红花八角叶50%乙醇提取物经HP-20大孔吸附树脂30%乙醇洗脱部位中共分离鉴定5个化合物,分别为7-O-p-甲氧基苄基莽草酸(1)、黑麦草内酯(2)、去氢催吐萝芙木醇(3)、蚱蜢酮(4)、chakyunglupulin A(5)。结论 化合物1为新的酚酸类化合物,2~5为首次从该属植物中分离得到。

[Abstract]
Objective To study the constituents from the dried leaves of Illicium dunnianum. Methods The chemical constituents were isolated by various chromatographic techniques and their structures were identified by physicochemical properties and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopic data of the compounds. Results Five compounds were obtained from ID-2 and characterized as 7-O-p-methoxybenzyl shikimic acid (1), loliolide (2), dehydrovomifoliol (3), grasshopper ketone (4), chakyunglupulin A (5), respectively. Conclusion Compound 1 is a new phenolic acid, and compounds 2-5 are identified from Illicium for the first time.
